One less thing to keep track of
Off the fridge.
Onto your calendar.
Your kids' test dates, projects, and school events, automatically on the calendar you already use — so you can stop keeping track in your head.
No card. Nothing to cancel.
- Works with Apple & Google Calendar
- Nothing to install
- Every kid included
You're not disorganized. There's just too much of it.
Six things on the fridge. Seven emails this week. Two more crumpled in the bottom of a backpack. Every one of them has a date in it, and not one of them is on your calendar.
Same dates — now in the calendar that's already on your phone, color-coded by kid. You didn't type a single one.
How it works
Two minutes to set up. Then it just happens.
Send your school's email our way.
You get a private Fridge Scout address. Add one forwarding rule in Gmail, set to your school's domain only, and you're done. That's the last setup you'll ever do.
About two minutes. Gmail asks you to confirm the address — we take care of that step.
Every date lands on your calendar by itself.
The teacher, the front office, the principal, the PTA, the coach. Whatever they send, the dates inside it show up on your Apple or Google calendar — with the right kid's name in front of each one.
You never open Fridge Scout. That's the whole idea.
Snap it. Send it to Scout.
The flyer from the backpack. The homework sheet. A poster you walk past at the Y. Take a photo with your normal camera and email it to Scout — we save the address to your phone, so it autocompletes after two letters. Or open Fridge Scout and snap it there.
No app to install, and it works from the lock screen.
Why you can trust it
If it's not sure, it asks you.
If it isn't certain, it doesn't go on your calendar — it waits for you.
The date wasn't clear enough to trust.
Your email isn't stored
The message is read once, in memory, and thrown away. Only the date, the title, and a short note are kept.
Your photos aren't either
Same for anything you scan. The picture is never written to disk, never backed up, and never seen by a person.
No password, no inbox access
You forward from your own email, and you can switch it off yourself without asking us.
Every kid included
Three kids, two schools, no extra.
Every date arrives with the right name in front of it, so one shared family calendar still makes sense at a glance. Three kids cost the same as one. So does four.
Founding families
The first 100 families
never pay.
After that, Fridge Scout is $49 for the school year — one payment, no subscription, nothing to cancel. Founding families never see that price. Not this year, not when your kids change schools, not ever.
Your spot is saved once forwarding is switched on — we hold spots for families who set it up, not for empty accounts.
Locked in while founding spots last
- Every teacher, the office, the principal, the PTA
- Soccer, scouts, dance, camp — anything with a date
- Every kid, at every school
- Unlimited photos of paper
- No card now. No card ever.
Takes two minutes. Nothing to cancel, because there's nothing to cancel.
Questions parents actually ask
Take it off the fridge.
Take it off your mind.
Two minutes this week, and school dates stop being something you carry for the rest of the year.
